Howdy Dream City!

What a weekend. 🙌 Dream City was alive today….

Jesus showed up, people showed up, and my heart is full.

God reminded us of something simple but strong…

If you want power, you’ve got to walk in purity.

If you want strength, you’ve got to pray.

If you want joy, you’ve got to praise.

If you want breakthrough, you’ve got to persevere.

You don’t just do these once in a while.
You’ve got to practice them daily.

That’s where growth happens.

That’s where God moves.

When it feels like your problem is bigger than your God…remember, it NEVER is!!!!

And tonight, I’m holding onto that truth myself.

Jesus really is why we do what we do.

This morning we talked about that 5th seat at the table.

Psalm 23 says that God prepares a table before me in the presence of my enemies.

That’s powerful!!!! Because it reminds us that God doesn’t have to remove your enemies to bless you.

 He doesn’t have to eliminate the opposition to anoint you.

In fact, He’ll set the table right in front of them just to prove that He’s still in control.

JUST because the enemy is present does NOT mean he gets a seat.

The devil may lurk in the shadows, whispering lies, throwing distractions, or trying to intimidate…but he does not get a voice at your table.

He’s not family. He’s not welcome. And he doesn’t get a chair.

Then notice what David says next: “You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over.”

That’s not just poetic…it’s prophetic.

Anointing is empowerment.
Overflow is abundance.

God isn’t just filling your cup halfway; He’s pouring until it spills over.

Why? To show that His blessing is greater than any battle, and His power is stronger than any presence of the enemy.

The presence of the enemy does not have the power to stop the presence of God.

His lies don’t cancel God’s truth. His attacks don’t stop God’s anointing. His intimidation doesn’t dry up God’s overflow.

Don’t give the enemy a seat at the table of your mind, your marriage, your family, or your church.

He may circle the table, but Jesus is the one at the head. And when Jesus is at the head, you can eat in peace, live in power, and walk in overflow.
